China's first new energy ship "Shangde Guosheng", which applies solar power and solar wing devices to ship propulsion and control, has successfully completed the sea trial. As one of the exhibits of the World Expo, the ship is jointly designed by 702 and 712 research institutes of China shipbuilding industry group. It is expected that the ship will hold its maiden voyage ceremony in early June and be officially put into use. It will become another bright pearl in the Huangpu River cruise ship.
In order to ensure that the ship can be put into expo display and operation as soon as possible, the ship inspection center of Shanghai local maritime administration has overcome three major technical and inspection problems of the ship, so as to ensure that the ship is completed within the time limit.
Relevant people told reporters that due to the "Shangde Guosheng" ship, there are many uncertain factors in the construction process, and the solar power and solar wing device used are also lack of ship inspection standard basis. The ship inspection center has searched for a large number of reference materials and specifications at home and abroad, negotiated with the Australian representative of the solar wing designer for many times, and worked out the inspection scheme and acceptance standard.
The solar electric hybrid power system is introduced into the power link of the ship for the first time, realizing the concept of energy saving, emission reduction and noise reduction. In terms of detail design, the ship adopts "low noise" generator set and external acoustic enclosure, which further reduces the cabin noise, making the cabin internal noise only 50 dB, about 20 dB lower than the traditional diesel engine; the whole ship lighting adopts energy-saving light bulbs and LED lights, greatly reducing energy consumption.
