Q: kutler automation system Germany Co., Ltd. is an old German enterprise established in 1988, providing professional overall automation solutions for the printed circuit board industry. In 2015, Qiaode Technology Group acquired kutler wholly. What was the situation and opportunity at that time?

As a professional PCB automation equipment supplier, kutler is the pioneer and leader of the industry. Many equipment in the PCB automation equipment industry are developed and manufactured by kutler.

In 2015, by chance, Qiaode Technology Group wholly acquired kutler, Germany. But in our acquisition phase, due to the original investors, the operation of kutler company was almost at a standstill. We were deeply aware of the technical value and brand value of German enterprises, so we made the decision to purchase and transfer the production center to Suzhou. We should combine the speed of Chinese and German technology, and continue to provide better service for customers at home and abroad.

In recent years, with the joint efforts of our team, with the help and support of customers and friends, we have carried forward with heavy load, step by step, and gradually gained recognition and recognition from more customers. At present, we are providing integrated automation solutions for several of the top ten enterprises in China's printed circuit industry.

Q: it is understood that the first equipment jointly developed by kutler and Fischer was adopted by well-known large factories at the CPCA exhibition in 2019 and became the focus of the last exhibition. What problems can the equipment solve for enterprises? Can you tell me something about the usage?

Chairman Tao Zipeng:

yes! In the course of kutler's development, we have formed strategic partnership with several well-known enterprises for mutual benefit and common development.

Among them, Fischer of Germany is our important strategic partner. We jointly provide nickel palladium automatic detection equipment for a customer, which is online docking and automatically scanning PCB board QR code information, and requesting recipe data from MES server to obtain PCB board measurement quantity, measurement point coordinates and other information within the batch.

A smart camera is installed on the equipment, which is matched with a 6-axis robot. Through the cooperation of the robot and the intelligent camera, the coordinate accuracy of the measuring point can reach ± 1 mm. The test data is automatically uploaded to the server, which can automatically compare the previous manual sampling and manual input to avoid data errors.

At present, the equipment has been running normally in the end-users, with the labor reduced by 80%, the production cycle shortened by 40%, and the production capacity increased by 30%.

Q: what development and progress has your company made since CPCA show in 2019? How to deal with the impact of the epidemic this year? What equipment will you bring to this year's CPCA exhibition?

With the increasing demand of customers for factory automation, the company has launched a series of automation equipment suitable for intelligent factories. The equipment can be associated with customers' logistics and MES to realize intelligent logistics and intelligent production scheduling. The equipment also integrates vision system, automatic adjustment, clamping mechanism of overweight plate, etc.

in recent years, In view of the current domestic PCB product size is changeable, thickness is not the same, porous, overweight and other factors, leading to poor equipment stability, often need manual intervention, plate falling lead to scrap and other problems, we focus on the development of multi size automatic adjustment, porous plate vacuum system, overweight plate clamping mechanism and ultra-thin board double piece separation function, effectively solving the customer The pain point.

At present, in some well-known manufacturers' projects, our take-up machine can basically do not drop the plate, and the plate dropping rate of the release machine is controlled at 2 / 10000. At the request of customers, we carry out a comprehensive technical transformation on all the equipment of the original manufacturer of the customer, so as to improve the stability of the equipment, the efficiency of production and the yield of the products.

This year, the new printing industry is facing unprecedented challenges, especially the confusion of low end talents and the hitherto unknown talent shortage. As a supplier of process equipment, we must do all the work more carefully, take the design and development as the lead, from the previous single point equipment to the network online management. Upgrade from single system to integrated intelligent information factory, organically combine ERP, MES, APS, SPC, logistics, equipment and other systems in production and manufacturing, and realize real-time management and information decision-making of production process.

In this exhibition, we have brought some new equipment and interconnection technology application products to support the overall PCB Factory from automation to intelligent upgrading.

Q: what is the next development direction and goal of your company?

With the emergence of a number of new intelligent manufacturing solutions, such as the PCB industrial Internet of things, digital chemical factory, industrial Internet platform, etc., the digitalization and intellectualization of PCB enterprises will also be the choice of more and more customers. To this end, kutler also actively prepared for the following aspects:

(1) We will increase R & D investment and focus on high-end intelligent devices in carrier board and semiconductor field. At present, our research and development of equipment has tray radio and play machine, plug-in frame type play back machine, flash plating line and other automation equipment for high-level process.

(2) Energy saving and environmental friendly green factory is also our research and development direction. At present, our alkaline etching solution recycling equipment has been applied in the client. The next step is to conquer the acid system, and a great breakthrough has been made in technology.
