On the occasion of the opening of 2020 international electronic circuit (Shanghai) exhibition, kutler automation system (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. held the "new product launch of online copper foil thickness measurement system". Chairman Tao Zipeng delivered a speech to express his thanks to all the guests and leaders for their coming.

Kutler's new ku-mt9ca on-line copper thickness measuring machine, equipped with German Fischer MMS PC2 + instrument, can automatically, continuously, quickly and accurately measure PCB double-sided copper thickness synchronous measurement function. Three groups of measuring heads are arranged on the top and bottom of the board, and the single side can output the measurement data of 9 positions.

This machine is suitable for the copper thickness detection of the front and rear processes of the copper reduction production line, the surface copper thickness detection after PCB electroplating, and the surface copper thickness detection of PCB substrate copper foil. In order to meet the measurement requirements of different plate sizes, it has the function of center alignment, and there are two groups of measuring heads in the upper and lower parts, which can be adjusted horizontally to ensure the accuracy of measurement points.

The data of measurement points can be exported and converted into word, Excel or 3D line chart or measurement point map at any time, so as to facilitate the historical data analysis and parameter adjustment after Gerber data import, and to monitor the process parameters in real time.

The equipment has the following features:

1. It can be measured up and down at the same time
2. The measurement of the specified coordinate value can be realized by the step movement of the plate and the left and right movement of the measuring head
3. The deep combination of the control system and the measurement system provides the calculated value output of various measurement data processing methods

This model is a series of new automation products developed by kutler this year, which is part of the exhibition of intelligent factory. Tao Dong introduced that kutler has successfully solved the pain points and difficulties encountered by many customers in the PCB industry in the past, such as the stability of the machine.
